All of our products at Last Shot Distillery are crafted using only locally grown ingredients. That is what makes us a small farm distillery. We use grains such as corn, wheat, malt, and rye to handcraft every batch. We like to let the natural flavors from our fresh ingredients speak for themselves. Sweet corn, buttery wheat, and earthy malt create unmistakable flavors that are sure to leave you wanting one Last Shot.

Our Distiller's Reserve Whiskey is aged in our used Bourbon whiskey barrels, soaking up sweet honey and floral flavors. The whiskey finishes like a rye, dry and spicy, but it's smooth like a wheat. Distilled from corn, wheat, and Tritical, a hybrid grain.
Last Shot Vodka is made from corn and malted red wheat. Our vodka has natural sweet flavors, perfect for mixing in your favorite vodka cocktails.
Made from corn, wheat, and rye, our un-aged Lightning Whiskey is smooth with earthy flavors. Like our Bourbon recipe, Lightning Whiskey is aged in New American oak barrels.
Moonshine whiskey is made from 100% corn. Our moonshine is warm on the pallet, but has strong and sweet corn flavors.
Our Gin is handcrafted with fresh New York State grains, cut with crisp Skaneateles Lake water. Enjoy the subtle earthy tones of coriander, bright pine flavors of juniper, finished with the smooth taste of vanilla. Notice the layers of fresh lemons and oranges for a vibrant well balanced New World Gin.
All of our Bourbon Whiskey is single barrel, aged in brand new charred white American oak. Our Bourbon Whiskey is lighter on the palette with warm vanilla flavors complimented by an oak and rye spice finish.
Our Chocolate Creme Brûlée Liqueur with Bourbon Whiskey and Natural Flavors is made using our award winning gold medal, Skaneateles Whiskey formula. It is aged in a brand new American Oak barrel to create a unique bourbon. You will taste notes of chocolate, caramel, and vanilla.
Our Orange Creme Lightning Liqueur and Lightning Whiskey with Natural Flavors is made using our award winning, gold medal, Lightning Whiskey formula. You will taste notes of orange and vanilla.
Our Sweet Maple spirit is distilled from 100% NYS maple syrup, flavored with maple and finished on charred oak staves. This spirit has strong and sweet maple flavors complimented by a subtle oak finish.
